Foxgate Capital, through SPV affiliate, sourced (via research and active outreach) and purchased and off market 2.4-acre parcel of land from a private owner with the intention of developing the site into single family residential townhomes.
The market, due to location and the basis at which it was acquired, provided flexibility for Foxgate to accept an unsolicited offer from Wood Partners. Wood Partners developed Alta West, a 200+ unit Class A multifamily apartment project in a A+ location.
